This cluster focuses on planning, managing, and delivering instruction and supporting learners in schools and other educational settings. Students explore pathways such as early childhood education, teaching as a profession, and other roles that help students succeed academically and socially. Through sequenced coursework and real-world experiences, learners gain skills in communication, lesson planning, classroom management, child development, and professional practices that support both teaching and educational support careers. Completing a pathway in this cluster helps prepare students for further education and careers in classrooms, training programs, school support services, or other educational environments.<\/p>\n<p>Students taking the honors level Teaching as a Profession (TAP) pathway will get to volunteer at feeder elementary schools to gain authentic experiences as an educator.
