How to get your Instructional Driving Permit (Learner’s Permit)

1. Go to the DDS website and review the process for getting an Instructional Permit.
2. Fill out the Google Form here:  Certificate Enrollment
3. Certificates of enrollment will be completed.   It is a notarized form and cost $2.
4. Take all the necessary documents to the DDS and request an Instructional Permit.

How to get your Provisional Driver’s License Class D (Driver’s License)

1. Go to the DDS website and review the process for getting a Provisional Driver’s License Class D.
2. Fill out the Google Form here:  Certificate Enrollment
3. Certificates of enrollment will be completed and cost $2.00
4. You will also need your ADAP from your Health class.  Click here for the eADAP website
5. The State of Georgia requires completion of the Joshua’s Law
6. Make an appointment with the DMV to take all the necessary documents  and request a Driver’s License.

Some automotive insurance companies offer discounts for good grades. To provide evidence, simply log into your Infinite Campus Portal and print either a Report Card or an Unofficial Transcript from your document tab and send it to your insurer.
